___ Purchased with full AKC registration papers to be delivered at the time of purchase.
___ Purchased with limited papers to be SPAY / NEUTERED *Buyer will receive AKC papers after Praygein receives notification from a licensed vet that the puppy/dog has been altered.

  Buyer agrees that he/she will take reasonable care of said puppy/dog including but not limited to proper shelter, food, clean water, vaccines and medical care.
  If at anytime for any reason shall buyer decides they can no longer care for said puppy/dog buyer agrees to notify Praygein before re-homing puppy/dog.
  Buyer agrees to never place mentioned puppy/dog in a shelter, rescue, or any like environment without notifying Praygein first.
  Buyer agrees that he or she understands that said puppy/dog is to be spayed / neutered no later than 6 months of age if purchased on limited papers. There will be NO exceptions made. Praygein offers the buyer the opportunity to take their new puppy/dog to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of this sale. If a genetic health defect is found at that time that the buyer had not already been made aware of at the time of sale than the puppy/dog will be replaced with one of equal value when available (Not to exceed 8 months) If this should occur you MUST contact us immediately and present written documentation from the vet that preformed the exam so that we can contact our own veterinarian for his opinion. Praygein will not be held liable for fleas, ear mites or any parasites found on any puppy/dog due to the fact that these can be commonly found with puppies/dogs. Praygein will not ever sell a puppy/dog with the above mentioned knowingly without disclosing it first. If buyer waves his/her right to the 72 hour vet exam, Praygein cannot be held responsible for any health issues that said puppy/dog may have or had. No refunds will be given for said puppy/dog purchased; only replacement puppy as above mentioned. IF NO PUPPY IS AVAILABLE WITHIN AN 8 MONTH TIME PERIOD THEN A REFUND will be given! Deposits are nonrefundable if the buyer changes his or her mind so PLEASE make sure you are ready for the commitment of a new puppy/dog. Praygein does not pay vet bills of any kind that buyer shall incur. In the event that buyer breeches this contract in anyway, Praygein reserves the right to seek legal action at the expense of the buyer not to exclude any travel costs that could incur.
